ME----------My name is JACK AHERN and I am a Home Inspector. Below is some information you will need regarding your home inspector.

         I am an independent Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspector. State Laws and Industry  Standards describe what I, as a Mass Licensed Home Inspector am expected  to do for you, my clients.
 
        I serve my clients all over (Eastern) Massachusetts, Southwest Maine, and Southeast New Hampshire.

        I answer the phone-I inspect the home-I write the report-I answer questions. I provide inspection and written report services for my clients. 

        I work 100% for my clients. I advise that you accompany me on the inspection of your home.
 
        I schedule only one inspection per day.  Reports are written describing the condition of that home on that day and e-mailed within 24 hours. Hard copy mailed to you via USPS within 24 hours.
